and small trees.
All Carnival™ planters are available with the top ring, or without it.
The models wit top ring are constructed with the following materials: Top Rim: 5/8"
Diameter Steel Rod, Vertical Straps: 3/16" x 1.5" flat bar, Base: 1/4" x 2"
flat bar. The models with no top ring are constructed with the following materials: Top Rim:
1.25" Steel tube, Vertical Straps: 3/16" x 1.5" flat bar, Base: 1/4"
x 2" flat bar.
