Low Impact Workouts for the Upper Body
Combining two upper body and core machines into a single piece of outdoor exercise equipment is a great way to
target multiple body parts with a single machine. The Tai Chi exercise is great for working the shoulder muscles, and can be
beneficial to either strengthen or even just stretch the muscles. The Rotator targets the oblique and lower back muscles in
a left to right motion.
